Service Description

Led by Coach Elliot, our Head Strength & Fitness Coach, the Multi-Skills Club delivers an engaging and dynamic programme designed to help children move better, build confidence, and enjoy sport in a supportive, inclusive environment. Session Duration: 1 hour Who It’s For: Years 1–6 When: Mondays, 3:15–4:15pm What to Expect: Multi-Sport Variety: Children will experience a wide range of sports and activities — including athletics, tag rugby, obstacle games, agility circuits, and more — giving them exposure to different movement patterns, teamwork dynamics, and game concepts. Fundamental Movement Skills: Each session is built around improving balance, coordination, agility, and speed, helping children develop the essential building blocks for all sports and lifelong fitness. Fun, Teamwork & Confidence: We focus on teamwork, sportsmanship, communication, and positive mindset — helping every child grow in confidence both on and off the field. Athlete of the Week: At the end of each session, one child is recognised as our “Athlete of the Week” — celebrating effort, progress, and attitude.
